REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your Spoon Me Sweetly item, please contact info@spoonmesweetly.com within 10 days of receipt. Item must be returned in original condition and a full refund less shipping charges will be made upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Foods and plants may not be returned; however, please rest assured that Spoon Me Sweetly will do our best to correct any issues.

SHIPPING
Depending on your order's weight and/or destination, Spoon Me Sweetly ships via USPS parcel post, first class, or priority with delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance for your item or require expedited shipping, please contact info@spoonmesweetly.com before purchasing and we will adjust your bill. Spoon Me Sweetly carefully packages. 

Please make sure your mailing address is correct. If the mailing address is incorrect and your order does not arrive, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost of replacing the items if they choose to re-order.

Please advise if there is a delivery deadline as many items are made to order/custom and may take a week or more to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Spoon Me Sweetly currently does not offer international shipping.
